Purchase Orders:

Official signed purchase orders are accepted from established major corporations, institutions, and governmental agencies. Other purchase orders may be accepted upon approval of credit. Terms for purchase orders are net 30 from date of shipment. All international orders must be prepaid.

Wire Transfers require a $25 non-refundable fee.

Prepayment:

A 5% discount, applied to discounted order total, is available for orders which are prepaid in full. Prepaid discount excludes shipping and handling.

Pre Production Time:

All Free First-Time Layouts [logo placement] are completed inside normal Production Time [see next paragraph]. All other artwork and /or major changes performed by The Great Gazebo, Inc. Grafix Department or otherwise will add Pre Production Time. Pre Production Time may add $60/hour [minimum one hour] and a minimum of 3 business days.

Production Time:

Production for printed orders is 10-15 business days from receipt of order and approved, acceptable artwork. If a specific due date is requested at the time of the order Great Gazebo will guarantee delivery on or before that date [Rush Order Charges may apply].

Rush Order Charges:

Rush orders are calculated on the net purchase price. Business Days for rush orders are calculated from the day that approved, acceptable artwork is received until the day that the order is shipped. Artwork received after 3:00 PM doesn't count as a Business Day.

*Artwork for Next Business Day and Same Business Day rush orders must be received by 9:00 AM and sent electronically to Great Gazebo FTP site. Instructions for designing and sending artwork to FTP site are included in the Graphic Design Templates. Not all Next Business Day and Same Business Day rush orders can be accommodated. Call for confirmation.

Shipping:

Carriers are US Express and UPS. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is additional. Call for a free price quote. There is a non-discountable $100 charge for customers using their own carrier plus boxing and packing charges.

*Check all packages sent from The Great Gazebo, Inc. to match the packing slip. Any missing items must be reported with in 10 business days.

Volume Purchasing Program:

Great Gazebo has two special programs for customers purchasing 10 or more packages. It allows customers to take advantage of volume pricing discounts, inventory storage, and quick delivery. Great Gazebo charges $50 per package for inventory storage. Shipping is billed separately.

A. Graphics are identical on all of the packages. The entire order is produced and held for release. This allows for immediate shipment.

B. Graphics are different for all or some of the packages. The packages are produced except for the printed vinyl. When graphics are received they are produced and combined with the packages. This allows for shipment in 5 to 10 business days.

The Great Gazebo, Inc., manufacturer of Great Gazebo portable PVC promotional products, warrants to the original purchaser that each part of each product to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months after the date of original purchase. The manufacturer's obligation and liability shall be limited only to repairing or replacing (at its option) the parts, which, after review or examination by the manufacturer, shall be determined to be defective. The manufacturer should be contacted for any warranty claim prior to returning products or parts. This warranty shall be void as to any product, which, without manufacturer's authorization, has been altered or modified in any manner. The Great Gazebo, Inc. specifically makes no warranty with respect to any damages caused by nature's forces such as wind, rain, hail or snow. Nor does it warranty accidental or deliberate damages resulting from product use. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose.
