1. Call us at 800.962.2767 to receive a FTP login and password.

2. Click here to open the FTP page

3. You will be greeted with a login in page that looks similar to this.

4. Place the username (#1) and password (#2) we have given to you in the appropriate boxes. Click the login button. No other settings need to be changed normally. If you do however run into a failure, repeat this step and also click on the Passive Mode Checkbox (#3).

5. The next page should look like this.

6. Here you need to click on the drop down box of Actions (4.) Then you need to choose the option of Upload (5.)

7. The important areas of the next page is shown below.

8. Now you need to add files that you desire to be uploaded. Click on the Browse button (6.) This will bring up a traditional file section window. Point this to the file you wish to upload. If you have more than one file to upload, you can use the Add Another button (7) to accomplish this. Once you have the files set for upload, you just need to click on the Green Checkmark (8.) This will start the upload process. This can take a while, possibly a very long while. This all depends on the file size and your conneciton to the internet. (Click here for more information.)
